Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued as a non-expiring digital gift card (store credit), which can be used at any time toward future purchases.

Refunds to the original method of payment are only granted under exceptional circumstances and are subject to approval by Beba Canada headquarters. Please note: in these cases, third-party processing fees are non-refundable.
- Please note: No items are eligible for refund or return after 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer for orders under $100 CAD (before tax and shipping).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and work to make it right.
